Command Randomizer by qmagnet

Starting from version 1.8.6, the mechanism for issuing random commands using command block dispensers no longer functions. This modification presents an alternative approach based on the use of decorative ArmorStands mannequins. This option is quite compact - its construction takes up only 1 block in width and can be easily replicated if necessary.
