PACT SMILE'S CRAFTING TABLE
A minor change for a noticeable visual effect.
BACKGROUND
Ever since I started playing Minecraft, I've always been annoyed by one specific texture element on the crafting table. Everyone noticed this detail that occupies half of the side surfaces of the crafting bench.
This texture became a real obsession over many years. Even after graphic updates that improved the overall appearance of the table and brought it closer to the wood plank texture, the problematic element remained on the same two sides.
Something had to be done.
Many talented builders, designers, and craftsmen had to tolerate this limitation and adjust the placement of the most useful block in the game to accommodate the quirks of its texture. They had to rely on luck to determine whether this minor detail would ruin the appearance of their creations. In the worst cases, when both problematic sides were visible, enthusiasts were forced to mask tables with complex redstone mechanisms.
This needed to be stopped.
THUS PACT SMILE'S CRAFTING TABLE WAS BORN
- Elegant improvement of an iconic game block
- Precisely calibrated graphic solution
- New texture that eliminates a long-standing visual irritant
Note: While the description contains an element of humor, the texture problem really existed and bothered many players for a long time. Now it's fixed.
