Important Information About ResourceFix
ResourceFix is a special resource pack that allows you to use modern texture packs and block models from Minecraft versions 1.13 and newer on older game versions, specifically on 1.12.2. If a resource pack has a version for 1.19.2 or below, it's recommended to install that version directly to avoid issues with title screen and inventory textures.
How ResourceFix Works
Through automatic conversion of block models, ResourceFix adapts modern resource packs to function on outdated Minecraft versions. While the solution isn't perfect, it provides stable performance for most popular texture packs.
Compatibility and Limitations
Full compatibility with resource packs that only modify block textures without using BlockStates or CTM technologies.
Temporary incompatibility with packs that affect item textures - item support is currently in development.
