Latest Translations for Old Versions

Have you ever noticed discrepancies in the names of blocks, items, and entities across different Minecraft versions? You might have discovered that the name of an item in your hand doesn't match what's written on the game's wiki page.

What This Resource Pack Does

This resource pack implements official translations from Minecraft 1.19 into all game versions from 1.6.1 to 1.18.2. The fact is that each version contains its own language files, and translations are constantly being updated through the Crowdin system, so object names can change over time.

Supported Languages

Currently, two Chinese language variants are available:

• Simplified Chinese (China)
• Traditional Chinese (Taiwan)

Support for other languages is planned in future updates.

Version Selection

Different versions of the resource pack are offered for the following Minecraft releases:

• latest_translations-1.6.x-v100.zip - for versions 1.6.1 - 1.6.4
• latest_translations-1.7.x-v200.zip - for versions 1.7.2 - 1.7.10
• latest_translations-1.8.x-v300.zip - for versions 1.8 - 1.8.9
• latest_translations-1.9.x-v400.zip - for versions 1.9 - 1.9.4
• latest_translations-1.10.x-v500.zip - for versions 1.10 - 1.10.2
• latest_translations-1.11.x-v600.zip - for versions 1.11 - 1.11.2
• latest_translations-1.12.x-v700.zip - for versions 1.12 - 1.12.2
• latest_translations-1.13.x-v800.zip - for versions 1.13 - 1.13.2
• latest_translations-1.14.x-v900.zip - for versions 1.14 - 1.14.4
• latest_translations-1.15.x-v1000.zip - for versions 1.15 - 1.15.2
• latest_translations-1.16.x-v1100.zip - for versions 1.16 - 1.16.5

Important note for users of 1.16-1.16.1: when installing the resource pack, a compatibility warning may appear due to a bug in the game. This message can be safely ignored - the resource pack will work fully.

• latest_translations-1.17.x-v1200.zip - for versions 1.17 - 1.17.1
• latest_translations-1.18.x-v1300.zip - for versions 1.18 - 1.18.2

Note for version 1.19: no resource pack is needed for it, as this is the most recent version with the latest translations.
