My Grimdark Sky Pack includes a fully custom star map, two exoplanets, sun, chaos moon, shooting stars, and multiple cloud layers to enhance the visual experience of your Java Minecraft gameplay. This sky collection was inspired by my favorite dark fantasy universes.

Compatibility Requirements

For custom sky textures to function, either Optifine or the Fabric Skyboxes mod is required. Without them, only the modified sun and moon textures will be visible. The resource pack works excellently with most other packs but was originally developed as a complement to my Grimdark Resource Pack Collection.

FAQ

Question: Can I use this pack as a server resource pack? Answer: For small private servers - yes! The only condition is not to reupload my textures elsewhere or redistribute them.

Question: Why aren't alternative textures working? Answer: Alternative textures require Optifine with custom items enabled. Other mods/loaders might work, but they are not officially supported.

Question: When will the pack be released for Bedrock edition? Answer: In Bedrock, some features may never be available because the technical capabilities of the versions differ significantly.
