Gog Esque

What is this resource pack?

Gog Esque is a custom resource pack that I developed specifically for the Celestial mod. The primary reason for its creation was the desire to port the functionality of the Gog Skybox mod to modern versions of Minecraft beyond 1.12, without limiting ourselves to the standard solution through Botania. Although the package was created by compiling various elements, it demonstrated stable operation in all tested game versions provided that the main Celestial mod was installed.

Key Features

• Astronomical bodies in the sky smoothly move along their trajectories, maintaining the general direction of movement
• Several planets of different sizes gently float in the celestial space
• Two large ring structures encircling the game planet
• Large, detailed moon model

Note: All graphic elements were created by the author with partial use of references from the Celestial mod demonstration materials. The conceptual basis of the resource pack is inspired by the celestial system from the Botania mod called Garden of Glass.
