Glass Panes CTM Fix - Connected Textures Fix for Glass Panes

This resource pack add-on was created as an extension to the main MC Connected CTM pack and is designed to fix display issues with connected textures on glass panes.

The relevance of this fix remains only when using standard Minecraft systems. If your installation already has Optifine or the Connectedness mod installed, then you won't need to install this resource pack - the functionality will already be present.
