Halberds for Any Occasion

Following the numerous positive reviews I received for the multitool-dependent version of the pack, I decided to update the Optifine version of the same resource pack.

With this resource pack, you can obtain a halberd by simply adding the word "halberd" to your sword's name. The case of the letters doesn't matter! Moreover, the pack is designed to allow any text before or after the word "halberd", providing maximum customization flexibility.
