CTOV and Monobank Compatibility

Note: Modern versions of CTOV for Minecraft 1.20.x already include this compatibility, so this datapack is not needed for them.

This data pack adds compatibility between CTOV (ChoiceTheorem's Overhauled Village) and Monobank modifications. After installation, bank branches will appear in villages. The datapack works on Minecraft versions 1.19 and above, supporting both Forge and Fabric.
