⚠️ Important Update
This project is no longer supported by the developer. If you're interested in the Another Vanilla PBR concept, we recommend checking out its updated version — AVPBR Retextured, which continues the development of this texture pack series.

AVPBR vs Standard Minecraft Textures Comparison
🔥 Core Features
The Another Vanilla PBR (AVPBR) texture pack transforms the visual aspect of the game by adding realistic physical properties to materials and objects.
Key Improvements:
- Blocks gain glow and reflection effects
- Weapons, armor, and tools acquire reflective surfaces
- Enhanced visuals for mobs and NPCs
- Full integration with PBR (Physically Based Rendering) technology
📋 Technical Requirements
Shaders: For proper functionality, the pack requires a shader that supports PBR technology. Without an enabled shader, you won't see the desired effects.
Minecraft Versions: The pack is compatible with most versions from 1.8 to 1.16. Version 1.16 may have minor compatibility issues due to changes made by Mojang, but some of these are resolved through additional components.
Performance: Usage requires a reasonably powerful computer. If your PC struggles with complex shaders, try "Sildurs Enhanced Default"—an optimal option for most systems.
🛠️ Installation
The installation process is extremely straightforward:
- Download the latest version of the pack
- Open the .minecraft folder or %appdata%
- Navigate to the resourcepacks section
- Place the Another Vanilla PBR file in the folder (do not unpack it!)
- Activate the pack in the game settings
