This texture pack is specifically designed for the Axon Technologies mod and is only compatible with it. The resource pack adds special glow effects to all ores, portals, and some other blocks and items from this mod using emissive textures with Continuity support.

If you're looking for a resource pack that only changes vanilla Minecraft ores, I recommend checking out V.L.O.G (not my development).
