AL's Mob Weapons

This items pack adds special weapons from Minecraft Dungeons to certain mobs! These are purely visual changes that make mob equipment more diverse and interesting.

Compatibility

The pack works in completely vanilla Minecraft without requiring OptiFine.

Which mobs get new weapons

• Strays now wield "Nocturnal Bows" instead of regular bows
• Bogged use "Hunter's Promise" bows
• Wither Skeletons are armed with "Broadswords" instead of stone swords
• Husks fight with "Soul Knives" instead of iron swords
• Vexes"" carry "Daggers" instead of standard iron weapons
• Vindicators"" use axes in the Minecraft Dungeons style
• Pillagers"" employ "Exploding Crossbows"
• Piglin Brutes"" battle with "Firebrand" axes
• Piglins"" use "Pride of the Piglins" crossbows
• Piglins' golden swords" are replaced with "Cutlasses"

Even mobs that don't normally spawn with certain weapons may now appear with:

• Drowned"" with "Anchors" instead of iron axes
• Wither Skeletons"" (occasionally) with "Red Snake" bows"
