Zoocraft Discoveries
Welcome to the official Zoocraft Discoveries mod! This is the very same mod used in the Zoocrafting series!
The mod adds many new, interesting, and unique creatures to your world that are sure to surprise you. Encounter chinchillas, camels, tapirs, porcupines, frogs, geckos, rhinos, anteaters, capybaras, hedgehogs, gemsbok, and even giraffes! The perfect mod for aspiring zookeepers!
In addition to animals, the mod includes several items and blocks:
- Bunny slippers - dyeable in any color you can imagine!
- Tranquilizer darts and blowpipes
- IUCN icons for use in zoo exhibits
- Signposts with six different wood textures. Fully customizable to 360 degrees (use Shift + Right-click to customize via the GUI)
- Four different thatch blocks, perfect for roofs
- Two new glass textures, excellent for exhibit windows
- Pantile roof blocks in plain and assorted textures
- Colored pantile roof blocks, dyeable in all 16 colors
- Eight different particle blocks for adding life and energy to your exhibits
- Various sturdy iron fences with custom models
- A large decorative Megatherium statue. Rotates when right-clicked with a stick
Also added are brand new farmable blocks:
- Cookie bushes!
- Fourteen new herbs and spices used to add regenerative properties to your food: basil, oregano, sage, tarragon, thyme, coriander, mint, rosemary, parsley, dill, chive, tarragon, saffron, bay leaf, and lemongrass
