YDM's Allay Mod
Add the charming Allay mob from Minecraft version 1.19 to your game! These adorable creatures inhabit Flower Forests and are ready to become your faithful assistants.
Main Features
Allays actively search for items around the player within a 32-block radius. When they collect a full stack of items, they immediately return to drop off the loot. It's important to note that these helpers cannot carry or search for items with a maximum stack size of 1.
Behavioral Characteristics
- Health Regeneration: When damaged, Allays regenerate 2 hearts every second
- Glow in the Dark: These creatures emit a soft glow, making them visible even in complete darkness
- Dyeing: Starting from version 4.0.0, Allays can be dyed in different colors
Spawn Configuration
From version 4.0.0, it became possible to configure Allay spawning in various biomes. For Fabric, you need to add settings to the configuration file, while for Forge, editing the biome modifier JSON file and corresponding tags is required.
In earlier versions, Allays simply spawned naturally in the world without using cages or structures to avoid affecting world generation.
Note: The Minecraft 1.19 version does not have spawn configuration.
