Withering Enchantment

Adds a new "Withering" enchantment for swords to the game, which applies the wither effect to enemies. This enchantment has a maximum level of 2 - each subsequent level increases the duration of the negative effect.

You can obtain this enchantment in several ways: using an enchantment table, in loot chests, or through trading with villagers.
