Wilderness
The Wilderness datapack enhances the natural decoration in Minecraft by adding various decorative elements to biomes. The changes primarily affect the surface - bushes, flower arrangements and ferns appear, but the transformation has also touched river basins, ocean depths and even the Nether dimensions.
Compared to the vanilla version where forest biomes are often devoid of diverse decoration beyond trees, with Wilderness they look like real overgrown wild thickets. At the same time, the authors strictly adhere to the original game style, using only logical natural blocks - no stone buttons instead of pebbles or other unnatural solutions.
The addition system provides broad compatibility with the base version of Minecraft. The datapack functions especially effectively in combination with Lithostitched - for improved performance and more detailed world generation, it's recommended to install this mod.
Important: Wilderness does not make changes to tree formation. To improve tree vegetation, you should pay attention to the Better Trees datapack. Some screenshots demonstrate the joint work of these two modifications.
