Vortex Manipulator

What does this mod add?
This modification introduces to the game a completely new item called Vortex Manipulator.
This unique device provides the following functionality:
- Recording waypoints of your current location
- Ability to assign name tags to each saved point
- Storage of up to three different route points simultaneously
- Switching between saved points with a simple right-click
- Adding a new point while holding the Shift key and clicking the right button
- Teleporting to the selected destination point using the assigned key ("B" by default)
- Periodic recovery timers after activation
- Device usage limit of six applications
