Vertical Redstone

This modification requires Fabric API to function.

The mod adds two new functional blocks: Upward Transmitter and Downward Transmitter.

These devices receive redstone signals from specific directions - the first one takes input from below and outputs to the top, while the second performs the reverse operation, receiving signals from above and transmitting them through the bottom face.

Each transmitter introduces a slight delay to circuit operation - one redstone tick, which equals two game ticks.
