Variant16x: Oh the Biomes You'll Go

This mod significantly expands building possibilities by adding numerous new variants of blocks from the 'Oh the Biomes You'll Go' mod. It creates additional decorative elements for more diverse and detailed construction.

Main Features

The mod offers customizable configuration and compatibility with Minecraft versions 1.15-1.16+. You get access to over 90 different block types with their derivative variants.

Wood and Hyphae Variants

All types of wood and hyphae now have a complete set of building elements: slabs, stairs, fences, gates, pressure plates, and buttons. Most wooden variants are flammable and can be used in furnaces like regular wood. All variants can be processed with an axe to obtain stripped versions. Pressure plates and buttons function similarly to standard wooden counterparts.

Stone and Other Variants

For stone blocks, slabs, stairs, walls, fences, pressure plates, and buttons have been added. Most stone variants can be created in a stonecutter, simplifying the crafting process.

• Wood: aspen, baobab, blue enchanted, cherry, cika, cypress, ebony, fir, green enchanted, holly, jacaranda, mahogany, mangrove, maple, palo verde, pine, rainbow eucalyptus, redwood, skyris, willow, witch hazel, zelkova
• Sandstone: black, blue, pink, purple, white (including smooth and cut variants)
• Bricks: blue and yellow nether
• Mud bricks
• Various stone variants: dacite, red rock, scoria, soapstone

1.16.5+ Only

• Wood: bulbis, ether, lament, nightshade, palm, withering oak
• Hyphae: embur, sythian
• Stones: cryptic, ether, purpur
• Raw quartz block

Installation

Download the .jar file and place it in the mods folder. Make sure you have current versions of Forge, the main Variant16x mod, and 'Oh the Biomes You'll Go' installed. The mod works in both single player and on servers.
