Vanilla Paxels
With the release of version 24w12a, Minecraft gained the ability to grant any item tool properties, which inspired me to create this datapack.
Unfortunately, the game currently lacks the right-click interaction functionality for shovels and axes on other items. Currently, Paxels can only create path blocks (without the resourcepack they appear as regular shovels). Once the developers add the ability to strip wood with axes, this feature will be immediately added to the datapack.
Paxels combine a pickaxe, shovel, and axe! You can mine any blocks at the same speed as with the corresponding tool. Crafting follows a standard recipe using any available material.

Paxels can be enchanted exactly like regular tools!

I recommend upgrading diamond Paxels to Netherite using the standard method for regular tools. The recipe shown below is a temporary solution until developers add custom components to crafting recipes. The main drawback of this method is the incorrect name and mining speed (fun fact: Netherite mines blocks 1 unit faster than diamond).
Current Netherite Paxel recipe (valid until custom component support is added):

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: I get a texture error when using this, how do I fix it? A: Make sure you downloaded the resourcepack.
Q: Where can I download the resourcepack? A: Clicking the large download button at the top of the page only downloads the datapack, not the resourcepack. On the versions tab, you need to find the desired version and select the second download file, which is the resourcepack.
