For versions 1.10/1.11, the mod must load last to properly detect all available blocks.
Using LiteLoader on Minecraft 1.10.2 causes Unlimited Chisel Works texture issues. Since the problem is absent in Minecraft 1.11.2, this likely indicates a LiteLoader bug.
