UniWrench

This modification introduces a universal wrench into the game that can interact with various mods supporting this functionality.

Key features:

• By default, adds a "Universal Wrench" with two operating modes: standard wrench and rotation mode
• Developers of other mods can extend the WrenchBase class to create their own wrenches compatible with the universal system
• Ability to add custom operating modes both to the standard universal wrench and to developer-created tools
