Bumbo Tweakoni
Bumbo Tweakoni modification represents a collection of useful improvements for Minecraft, created according to the concept of popular YouTube author MumboJumbo. This comprehensive set of tools seriously transforms the gameplay, adding many quality changes and mechanics.
Active Features
Players get control over the respawn point: now you can choose whether sleeping will set spawn or not. The arsenal gets a special item for rotating rotatable blocks. Magma blocks become more dangerous - damage is inflicted even when crouching on them.
Piston mechanics got flexibility: you can edit the push limit through mod settings. Protection from accidental actions includes preventing unwanted interactions with item frames using a special toggle.
Important visual information is presented as durability display for elytras. Jukeboxes became more functional - now they can be used through hoppers and droppers. Redstone mechanics were improved with the ability to place redstone on sea lanterns and proper placement on pistons.
From additional improvements: carpets no longer disappear when there's air under them, villagers (except village idiots) can now be leashed, and zone blocks prevent mob spawning in a 3x3 chunk area. Hopper priority setting is implemented through a graphical interface, while hotkeys allow instant placement of blocks under yourself and adjustment of gamma level. Haste potions were added to the game world.
In Development
The current version includes lighting display from glowing items on the client side.
Planned Updates
Among planned but not yet implemented features: directional light sources and spotlights, customization of superflat worlds, highlighting items in inventory, instant elytra drop, automatic map updating, movement of lava source blocks and the ability to push tile entity blocks.
Despite ambitious plans for 25 improvements, the creators managed to implement a significant portion of them. The project was created within the ModJam framework by modding beginners with limited development time.
