One of the froggy villagers. You can trade with them in a similar way to the piglins, except you don't need to throw items at them, just right-click on them. They trade for beets and have improved trades for beet soup.

Golden golem

A golden golem can be created using the same principle as an iron golem, except that a Jack-o'-lantern is needed instead of a pumpkin. (Iron golem are simply modified models created using Optifine)

Pigman

You can trade with them in a similar way to piglins, except that you don't need to throw items at them, just right-click on them. They trade for rubies and have improved trades for ruby blocks
