Tinkered Constructor

This is a customized version of the classic Tinker's Construct mod for Minecraft 1.7.10, created as a fork from the original development. The author has implemented a series of balance changes that, in his opinion, make the gameplay more balanced, though these may differ from the original creators' vision.

Compatibility and Installation

Tinkered Constructor serves as a complete replacement for Tinker's Construct and is installed instead of the original mod. Running both mods simultaneously is impossible. The advantage of this version is that it only needs to be installed on the server for all connected players to receive the updated game rules, without requiring modifications to client modpacks.

Main Changes

New Features (enabled by default)

• Dropped tools lose invulnerability and can be damaged
• Life canisters drop from inventory upon player death
• Thrown daggers deal triple damage to targets

Changed Default Settings

• Hunger preservation after death disabled
• Experience level preservation after death disabled
• Complete removal of oreberry generation
• Significant reduction in slime island frequency

Configuration

Every change can be finely tuned through configuration files. You can keep only the innovations you like or configure the mod to fully match the original Tinker's Construct version.
