Things [Fabric]

Things mod is a collection of various items and features that organically enhance the vanilla Minecraft gameplay without disrupting its balance. The collection includes both minor improvements and more significant additions.

Technical Requirements

For versions 1.16.x, Curios API installation is mandatory. Starting from version 1.17 and above, Trinkets API is required.

Documentation System

Most items contain brief descriptions directly in tooltips. For complete information, it is highly recommended to install the Patchouli mod, which provides a detailed guide. The guide book is automatically given upon first entering the world, or it can be created manually by using a book on Gleaming Ore.

Main Items

Displacement Tome

Inspired by Warp Book and its analogues, the Displacement Tome allows teleportation to eight pre-set locations. Ender pearls are used as fuel. In standard vanilla context, creation requires significant resources, in large modpacks additional balancing may be needed.

Infinite Bucket

A simple but useful bucket with an infinite water supply.

Ender Pouch

Portable access to the ender chest through an assigned hotkey.

Enchanted Wax Gland

Created based on Stone of the Sea from Trinkets and Baubles mod, this gland allows the player to float on water surface and provides significant movement speed boost. When combined with another item, functionality extends to working in lava.
