The Three to One Ratio

This modification operates on a unique principle: it pauses the server for 3 frames while simultaneously stopping the client for 1 tick, while taking screenshots of every frame for subsequent playback at 60 frames per second.

To use the mod, simply press the "R" key to start recording and "Y" to stop recording and begin playback.
