The Spiderman Mod

This mod brings elements from the Spider-Man universe into Minecraft, adding costumes, weapons, and unique mechanics related to this famous superhero and his adversaries.

Main Features

The mod offers diverse content including several types of Spider-Man suits, specialized weapons, and new mobs. Players can access radioactive tools, venomite weapons, and various effects such as "Venom's Fang" and "Radioactive".

Suits and Armor

Five different Spider-Man suits are available, which have been renamed to "Spidersuits". Each suit has balanced protection stats. Special suits like the red and blue ones feature a technological interface.

Weapons and Tools

The mod adds various weapons including spears and knives with venom fangs, as well as a Meteor Staff that requires 2 blaze rods, 1 fire charge, and 2 nether stars to craft.

Webshooters

Webshooters come in three tiers: basic, iron, and advanced. Each type has its own durability - basic withstands 561 uses, iron - 1561 uses. All webshooters have a 1-second cooldown and limited web fluid supply, displayed on the action bar as {[Web Fluid: 0/100]}.

Various firing modes are available:

• Default shot - consumes 5 fluid units, shoots a long web string
• Swing - consumes 10 units, allows swinging on webs
• Electric shot - uses electric charge (advanced tier only)
• Thick shot - creates thick webs surrounded by cobwebs (iron and advanced tiers)

Webs created by webshooters disappear after 10 seconds.

New Mobs and Structures

Added a new mob - Venom Symbiote, which spawns when meteors crash or when mining crashed meteor blocks. It has chances to drop various items. Enhanced versions - Riot Venom and Carnage - are also present.

The mod includes new meteor-related structures and structure scrolls that allow creating buildings using Shift + Right-Click combination.

Achievements and Settings

Twenty achievements have been added, and many mod aspects can be customized through game rules.

Known Issues

• Webshooters may unpredictably swing the player
• Structures spawn in inappropriate biomes and locations
• Radioactive splash can destroy any blocks
• Spider webs don't slow movement
• Venom/Riot/Carnage armor has unjustifiably high value

Compatibility

The mod is available for Minecraft versions 1.15.2 and 1.16.5 with various updates and fixes for each version.
