SwarmSMP S2 Client Content
This mod was primarily developed for the SwarmSMP modpack but can also be used independently. It introduces essential origins for various races and factions, along with unique mechanics and blocks utilized in the collection.
Core Features
Players will experience depth sickness when descending to lower world layers. In fey biomes, hostile fairies will attack you. New crafting possibilities have been added by combining flowers and bone meal. The proficiency system provides bonuses for developing various skills.
New Blocks
Various world tree logs and planks have been added. Special grass has been created for fey biomes. Budding blocks for gold, lapis, and quartz have been introduced, along with redstone geysers.
Equipment and Items
Vampires will receive midnight armor that protects against sunlight. More efficient tools for processing trash blocks have been added. Copper tools and diving helmets for underwater breathing will expand exploration capabilities.
Proficiency System
The mod includes 6 new origin layers with dozens of options. Develop various skills:
- Mining - increased ore yield
- Landscaping - faster shovel-based block breaking
- Woodcutting - accelerated axe chopping
- Building - extended block placement range, additional inventory slots
- Geology - guaranteed resource acquisition from ores
- Carpentry - improved plank and stick output
- Blacksmithing - durable metal equipment, honing effects
- Fighting - enhanced melee damage, weapon durability protection
- Defending - reduced incoming damage, armor durability preservation
- Archery - strengthened projectiles, arrow conservation
- Roguery - stealthy movement, backstab bonus
- Hunting - improved drops from terrestrial mobs, damage against strong opponents
- Ranching - increased resource chances from animals
- Farming - abundant crop harvests
- Cooking - exclusive recipes, efficient honey usage
- Fishing - enhanced fishing rods, bonuses against aquatic creatures
- Scouting - accelerated movement in rough terrain
- Trading - fast travel on roads, additional trade inventory slots
