Survivor's Delight — TFC and FD Compatibility
This mod seamlessly integrates Farmer's Delight's cooking system into TerraFirmaCraft worlds, creating natural interaction between two popular modifications. Thanks to thoughtful integration, the original game balance and progression of both systems are preserved.
Main Features
Version 1.0.0
The Skillet now accounts for actual heating temperature: the cooking process depends on the actual temperature of the TFC heat source beneath it (e.g., firepit). The dish is prepared when the required temperature is reached.
- Support for TFC heating recipes: if there is no Farmer's Delight campfire recipe for an item, the Skillet uses TFC heating logic with application of corresponding characteristics (e.g., WOOD_GRILLED).
- Preservation of original FD behavior: when a Farmer's Delight recipe exists, it takes priority, ensuring predictability for players and modpacks relying on FD balance.
- Skillet slot limitation: the Skillet input slot is limited (default: 8 items) to better match TFC gameplay pace.
Version 1.2.0
Cutting board recipes now account for TFC item providers. If ham was salted, the pork obtained from cutting will also remain salted provided the "tfc:copy_food" modifier is present.
Version 1.4.0
- Feast and pie blocks now use blockentity to track food properties.
- Rotten blocks acquire a greenish tint, similar to rotten items.
- Rotten foods no longer provide beneficial mob effects.
