Introduction

This modification was designed to address a specific compatibility issue. When using addons like BE Style Wither and Withering Holdings, many players encountered situations where defeating the Wither boss in Minecraft resulted in dropping two Nether Stars by default. This disrupted the game balance and created an excess of the rare resource.

How the Mod Works

The plugin completely removes the possibility of obtaining Nether Stars from the Wither's drop. However, the boss fight mechanics themselves remain unchanged - the battle difficulty, animations, and other enemy features are preserved. The modification only affects the mob's loot table.

Compatibility Features

The mod works correctly with most popular modifications without conflicting with their functionality. The only limitation is that it only disables the standard star drop, without affecting additional items that may be added by other plugins.

Setup and Installation

StarBegone doesn't require complex configuration after installation - you simply need to add the mod file to the mods folder, and the necessary changes will be applied automatically.
