SpawnsInSpawn
Configuring Entity Spawning in Minecraft
This mod provides the ability to customize the radius within which various creatures can appear in the game. It affects two key reference points: the player's spawn point itself and the location of nearby game participants.
How Standard Mechanics Work
In the original version of Minecraft, strict restrictions apply: mobs and other entities can only spawn at a distance of at least 24 blocks from the spawn point and no closer than 24 blocks to any player. These rules often interfere with creating interesting game mechanics near starting areas.
What SpawnsInSpawn Changes
The mod completely reworks this system, allowing individual configuration of both distance parameters. By default, it sets the spawn distance in starting chunks to zero, opening up new possibilities for game design and construction.
