Soviet Era - Minecraft Mod for 1.12.2 and 1.16.5

Greetings, comrade! Soviet Era is a modification inspired by urban exploration and late Soviet architecture.

About the Project

Soviet Era 2 is the updated version of a mod popular in certain circles, offering a vast number of decorative and functional blocks for building your own post-Soviet city, abandoned settlement, or even an entire state. The style, atmosphere, color palette, and emotional tone of the modification draw inspiration from the little-known urban exploration movement that the project's author is passionate about.

Many mistakenly believe that the mod was influenced by the Soviet post-apocalyptic genre, games like STALKER and Metro 2033. To some extent, about 5%, this is true and has a distant similarity in certain aspects.

However, in reality, the modification has deeper roots from which projects like Metro or STALKER grew. This includes exploration, atmosphere, and adventures in painfully familiar locations.

Soviet Era 2 is more than just a decorative mod. It was created using the capabilities of modern Forge and Minecraft versions and represents the quintessence of my programming skills at this moment.

Many mod blocks feature unique mechanics that you won't find individually elsewhere, and some you won't find at all.

Important Information

Attention! OptiFine developers are incompetent idiots, so the lighting from the mod's lamps will not work if you use OptiFine on version 1.16.5. I recommend using Rubidium for optimization instead of OptiFine.
