Features and Capabilities
Soviet Era 2 represents a significantly updated version of the popular decorative mod that includes a huge number of blocks for both construction and functional purposes. The project's style is based on the atmosphere of urban exploration and abandoned locations familiar to anyone interested in urban studies.
Contrary to popular belief, the mod is not a direct continuation of the STALKER or Metro 2033 game themes, although it has some distant similarities. The main focus is on recreating the authentic atmosphere of Soviet architecture and urban environment.
Technical Features
Many blocks in the mod have unique mechanics that cannot be found in other modifications. The project was created using modern Minecraft Forge capabilities and represents the result of years of developer work.
Important Note: When using OptiFine on version 1.16.5, lighting from lamps may not work. It is recommended to use Rubidium for performance optimization.
