Solid Globar Branches - An addon for the snifferent mod
The Solid Globar Branches mod transforms globar branches into full-fledged physical objects that you can interact with. Initially, it was planned to simply make them solid, but the result turned out to be a comprehensive set of improvements and fixes.
Requires Oblivion to work.
Main Features
Globar branches now feature a unique 3D model that matches their new physical nature - you can walk on them! They no longer float in the air but require support from a solid block or another globar branch.
Falling on branches causes them to break, so be careful! Some mobs are immune to this effect, and Feather Falling and Slow Falling spells mitigate or completely prevent damage.
Sniffberry vines can now be used for climbing. Globar branch blocks are recognized as wood, improving compatibility with tree-cutting mods.
Porous globar logs can now be obtained using Silk Touch, since they are already movable by pistons. Sniffberry vines respond to bone meal, allowing them to grow beyond the random maximum (you can also break and replant to get a new limit).
Vines can be trimmed with shears to stop their growth. Berries are harvested by simply right-clicking. Signs and boats made from snifferent wood have been added.
Compatibility
Recipes for Create and Create: Vintage Improvements have been integrated. Supports JEED, KleeSlabs, and Seamless.
Fixes
Potion recipes from snifferent are now displayed in recipe viewers like JEI. Club moss carpet is visible in first person, can be placed, and doesn't allow plants to float above it.
All flower crops from snifferent can be planted on modded farmland. Amber block correctly switches to its glowing version. Most snifferent items are now compostable.
Globar branches are used as furnace fuel. Globar sap bottle leaves a glass bottle when crafted. Branches on grown trees always have the correct facing value.
Amber and amber glass are considered equal to their glowing versions during rendering. Porous logs with globar sap are correctly identified when picking blocks. Several right-click actions work in the off-hand.

Q: Can it be used in a modpack? A: Yes, but note that the license does not allow directly including the mod files in your pack.
