Snowy Villages Shepherd House Fix

This datapack addresses the MC-170550 bug, which prevented shepherd houses from generating in snowy villages. The issue was caused by a typo in jigsaw configurations within the game files.

How to verify functionality:

• Create a "Buffet" world with snowy plains using seed -3230519642001848764
• Teleport to coordinates 580 ~ 328
• With the datapack installed, the shepherd house should generate there

The fix has been thoroughly tested and ensures proper generation of all settlement structures in arctic biomes.
