Slenderman: Ascend
The Slenderman: Ascend mod transforms the peaceful forests of Minecraft into an arena of horror. Mysterious structures appear in forest areas, each hiding one of eight Pages. As you collect these Pages, Slenderman begins to hunt you, becoming increasingly aggressive with each page found. He will teleport, perform sudden frightening attacks, and emit deadly static interference when you look at him, forcing you to either run... or risk becoming one of his Proxies. Will you be able to collect all the Pages?

Technical Requirements
The mod was created using MCreator and requires Geckolib installation for proper operation. Versions are available for Minecraft 1.19.2, 1.19.4, and 1.20.1.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why do spam messages appear in the console?
Most mobs use special spawning conditions, meaning these mobs can only appear under certain conditions. If the spawning conditions are active, this spam is created in the console.
Why don't mobs spawn?
Spawning Conditions determine which conditions must be met for certain mobs to spawn. Some mobs only spawn above Y level 60. Some below. Most mobs can only spawn in the overworld rather than in other dimensions.
Why are features missing in different versions?
It is recommended to play the latest versions of higher Minecraft versions.
Not all MCreator features are available or the same in different versions. For example: Version 1.19.2 does not have the shield feature, improved structure generation, or custom villagers, but version 1.20.1 does have them.
How can I change the number of Pages collected?
The Page Counter resets to 0 if Slenderman is killed by a player or all 8 Pages are collected.
Alternatively, you can change the number of the gamerule "slenderPageCounter" from 0 to 8.
Where can I find the Pages?
Pages can be found in Slenderman Structures in Dark Oak Forest, Forest, and Taiga biomes.
Alternatively, pages can be dropped when a mob dies.
Why do two slendermen appear?
When Slenderman teleports, a new instance of Slenderman is created and the old one is deleted. Sometimes this can lead to issues where another Slenderman spawns. This occurs when Slenderman teleports too quickly for the old one to despawn.
Fortunately, when Slenderman teleports again, the other instances of Slenderman should disappear.
Why do some structures generate inside each other?
This is due to MCreator's structure generation. It can happen that structures spawn inside each other, so they are generated in the same chunk.
Slenderman
Slenderman appears after collecting your first Page. He teleports and maintains distance, but with each Page collected, he becomes more aggressive and approaches. Looking at him causes static interference that intensifies over time. Too much, and it can kill you. Once the static interference intensifies, he reveals his tentacles, a clear warning to look away. Approaching Slenderman too closely triggers a sudden frightening attack, resulting in instant death and turning the player into a Proxy. When he spawns nearby, a sound plays, and he may cause a static frightening attack to unsettle the player if close. If somehow defeated, the Page counter resets, and he won't appear again until a new Page is collected.
Pages
There are 8 unique pages, each hidden inside Slenderman structures or rarely dropped by dying mobs. Interact with a page without crouching to collect it. This will increase the Page Counter, trigger eerie music from Slender: The Eight Pages, and display a counter in the action bar. Collecting a page also inflicts Slender Sickness, enabling Slenderman to appear. Once all 8 pages are collected, the counter resets to 0, and all players within a 32-block radius receive 1000 experience points. Furthermore, Slenderman disappears, but only until a new page is picked up again...
Proxy
Proxies are humans possessed by Slenderman. They can rarely spawn in the world on their own, but also spawn when a player dies from Slender Sickness or is killed by Slenderman. These creatures are fast, aggressive, and relentless. However, when they take damage, they break into panicked movement, running erratically before attacking again.
