SimpleOres Refabricated

This project represents an unofficial adaptation of the popular SimpleOres mod for Fabric and Quilt platforms. The mod expands the base game with four new ore types: tin, mithril, adamantium, and onyx. The first three can be found in the regular world, while onyx appears exclusively in the Nether.

Each ore type possesses unique characteristics and enables the creation of corresponding tool sets, armor, and other items.

Unlike the original version, this mod does not add copper ore and ingots since they are already present in the standard game. However, copper tools and armor remain in this mod. Starting from version 1.18.2, the copper bucket can carry regular liquids but melts upon contact with lava or other superheated substances.

Ores in the mod drop as raw metal, similar to vanilla ores, with the exception of onyx, which yields the gem directly.

Additionally, the mod includes various building elements: copper doors (before version 1.21), bars made of mithril, tin, adamantium, and onyx, as well as bricks and stairs from the corresponding materials.

Technical Requirements

The mod requires Fabric API and Cloth Config to function.

For Developers

Developers of other mods have access to crushed versions of ores for integration. Starting from versions 1.3.1 and 1.3.2, support for the Energized Power mod has been added.

Textures are taken from the original ported mod. The project's source code is distributed under the LGPL 3.0 license, allowing free use in modpacks.
