Simple Barrels

Meet Simple Barrels — a practical and convenient storage solution for Minecraft. This mod introduces easy-to-craft barrels that can hold up to 4096 identical items or blocks.

Key Features

Universal Storage — barrels automatically recognize and accept only the items already stored inside, ensuring clean organization of your resources.

Flexible Crafting Recipes — assemble barrels using either the classic recipe or a simplified scheme. Basic materials include wooden planks of any type (oak creates an oak barrel, spruce — spruce, etc.), iron ingots, a chest, and additional components.

Modular Upgrade System — item display functionality and quantity counters are available both by default and as later upgrades. Simply surround an item frame or comparator with sticks to create upgrades, then use Shift+Right-click on the barrel while holding the item.

Technical Compatibility — the mod utilizes Forge's modern Capabilities system, ensuring compatibility with most other mods. However, note that it's incompatible with Hopper Ducts due to differences in inventory implementation.

Support for Modified Materials — now compatible with wooden planks from the Forestry mod in crafting recipes.
