How to Find Required Materials?

First, you'll need a silk touch pickaxe. Then head to the Deep Dark biome where you can mine sculk blocks with your special pickaxe. Also locate an underground sculk lake to collect the liquid material using a bucket, and find the new ore that requires diamond tools for mining.

Crafting Process

Use a crafting table for basic materials: two sculk blocks, one liquid sculk item, and two raw sculk items combine into fresh sculk. Then, at a smithing table, combine fresh sculk with a diamond and a sculk block to obtain sculk diamond.

Tool Creation

As with other tool types, use the crafting table to create a full set of tools from the acquired materials.
