Sand Layers

Mod Overview

This easy-to-use modification introduces the ability to create thin sand layers into the game world, similar to how snow layers work in vanilla Minecraft mechanics. Each standard sand block can be transformed into eight individual levels of sandy coverage, opening new horizons for creative building and landscape design.

Crafting Process

For producing sand layers, a simple crafting table recipe is used: place three standard sand blocks in a horizontal line in the crafting grid, and you'll get 24 units of thin sandy coating ready for application.

Collection Mechanics

Each placed sand layer, when broken, returns to the player's inventory as a separate item. No special tools or enchantments are required for collection - regular manual interaction is sufficient for quick disassembly of the structure.
