RPG Style More Weapons
Mod Overview
This extensive modification fundamentally expands Minecraft gameplay, transforming it into a full-fledged RPG with a rich selection of weapons, armor, and unique abilities.
System Requirements
For proper mod operation, two additional components must be installed:
- Curios API (Forge)
- GeckoLib
Mod Content
The mod offers a huge amount of new content:
- 107 weapon types
- 33 armor sets
- 21 accessories
- 82 items
- 23 unique abilities
- 375 crafting recipes
Character Classes
Paladin
Defensive class with high defense stats. Can cover allies by absorbing enemy damage. Main weapons:
- Greatsword: Allows entering defensive stance, significantly increasing protection but limiting movement
- Spear: Performs a dash, allowing to appear behind the enemy for a surprise attack
- Armor Ability: Creates protective aura temporarily increasing defense stats
Berserker
Attacking class with medium defense and huge damage. Perfect for destroying enemies in its path.
- Battle Axe: Temporarily increases damage dealt
- Hammer: Strikes the ground, creating destructive wave
- Gloves: Stun enemies, slowing and weakening them. Using two identical gloves provides resistance
- Armor Ability: Temporarily increases attack
Assassin
Fast and agile class designed for speed attacks and disorienting enemies.
- Daggers: Significantly increase movement and attack speed
- Sickles: Absorb enemy life force, restoring attacker's health
- Crossbows: Can be used by assassins for ranged attacks
- Armor Ability: Creates smoke screen blinding and slowing enemies while accelerating the assassin
Mage
Ranged support or attack class. Heals allies or attacks enemies with magical projectiles. Dependent on mana system and has weak defense.
- Attack Wand: Fires powerful magical projectiles. With armor, fires multiple projectiles over large area
- Healer's Wand: Fires poisonous projectiles. With armor, creates healing aura providing regeneration to nearby allies
Ability Controls
Armor ability is activated with Z key (configurable in control settings). Weapon abilities are toggled with "-" key (also configurable).
Class Selection System
The modification includes unique class system allowing players to choose specific play styles and skills. To select a class, special item is required:
Class Choose Orb is given at game start or crafted from copper, diamond and flowers. To reset current classes, Class Remove Orb can be created by upgrading previous orb with netherite ingot. There is also creative orb unlocking all classes, but it's unavailable in survival mode.
New Materials
Steel
Material superior to iron but inferior to diamond. Used for creating weapons and armor. Obtained by smelting iron in melting furnace.
Miphril
Magical metal mined in caves at altitudes from -64 to -10. Used for creating many weapon and armor types. Many recipes require gilded miphril.
Minerals
Five minerals corresponding to each class:
- Biril - Paladin
- Redarium - Berserker
- Edmantium - Assassin
- Pinarium - Mage
- Rangal - Ranger
Mineral ore is located at altitudes from -50 to 0. When mined without class, random mineral drops. With specific class, corresponding class mineral is obtained. Used for creating netherite class armor and accessories. Can create dust and cloth from minerals.
Fabric
Used for creating some weapon types and large amount of entry-level and mid-level armor. Many fabric variations exist including amethyst, emerald, and miphril.
