Ripples
The Ripples modification dramatically enhances the audio experience in Minecraft by adding audio stream visualization and useful features for spatial sound orientation.
Key features include:
- Audio Spectrum Visualizer - displays frequency characteristics of playing sounds in real-time
- Sound Source Map - shows the direction to active audio sources
- Music Title Notifications - displays information about the current composition
All elements are fully customizable: you can change transparency, color schemes (including gradients), display styles, and other parameters. For quick access to settings, use the key combination Alt+R or edit the configuration file.
This is a client-side mod that doesn't require installation on the server.
Audio Spectrum Visualizer

The dynamic spectrum analyzer displays frequency characteristics of all game sounds - from sound effects to background music. Various visualization types and design styles are available that can be combined to create a unique appearance. The example shows a combination of the "Hotbar" type with the "Blocks" style.
Sound Source Map

An alternative to the spectrum analyzer - an interactive map that visualizes the location of sound sources relative to the player. This feature is particularly useful for determining the direction of invisible threats or finding hidden objects. Like other elements, the map supports various display modes, including the radar type shown in the image.
