Respawn Complex
The Respawn Complex mod fundamentally changes the respawn system in Minecraft, allowing players to respawn at the nearest respawn point from multiple available options.
Key Features
Multiple Respawn Points System
- Player respawns at the nearest active respawn point
- Standard respawn setting mechanics (bed and respawn anchor) are disabled
Point Activation
- Optional requirement to activate points before use
- Two activation methods: interacting with the block or simply being nearby
Block Synchronization
- Points are automatically created and removed when placing/destroying blocks with the
#respawn_complex:respawn_pointtag - Configuration through datapacks allows adding any blocks to the system
- Default supported blocks include: respawn anchors, beacons, and various waystones
- Respawn anchors only work in appropriate dimensions
- Important: generated blocks are not considered points until first interaction
Commands
/spawn- teleport to the nearest respawn point/spawn list- list all active points with coordinates/spawn set- set current position as respawn point/spawn remove- remove nearest point within 4 blocks radius
Permissions
The system works with the LuckPerms plugin. Without it, administrative commands require operator level 3:
