The Red´s Better Biomes modification for Minecraft Java versions 1.18.2 and 1.19.3 dramatically transforms the game's standard biomes using existing in-game blocks and items. The mod introduces various changes to the plant world - increasing or decreasing vegetation density depending on the characteristics of each biome.

Which Biomes Were Improved

The modification affects many popular biomes, including plains, various forest types (regular, birch, dark), flower forests, meadows, beaches, taiga, as well as old pine and spruce forests. Snow biomes were not left without attention either, receiving their unique improvements.
