Reconstructor - Item Repair Device

Introducing an amazing mechanism capable of restoring durability to almost any items with a wear indicator. This is a universal solution for any player tired of constantly replacing broken tools and armor.

Energy System

The restoration process requires significant energy consumption. In modern versions, the mod operates on the standard Forge Energy system, replacing the previously used RF energy. By default, 50 energy units are consumed to restore each durability point.

What Can Be Repaired

The device handles most standard tools and armor types. Notably, starting from version 2.6, it became possible to repair even tools from Tinkers Construct, which was previously impossible.

However, there are several limitations: wireless IC2 tools, chargeable items from IC2 and Thermal Expansion, and some other non-standard items cannot be repaired.

Configuration Options

You can flexibly configure the mechanism's operation through config files. There's an option to limit repairs to only standard Minecraft class items - tools, armor, bows, and swords. Server administrators can also use the special command /recon_blacklist to add specific items to the repair blacklist.

Process Automation

After repair completion, items are automatically moved to adjacent containers in a clear priority order: below, right, behind, left, and above. The direct front exit is not used for item output.

Important note: in Minecraft 1.10 versions, a rare bug was discovered where items may stop automatically moving to adjacent inventories. This is why newer versions no longer eject items directly into the world.
