Ranged Wireless Redstone

A Forge-based Minecraft mod that introduces wireless transmission of redstone signals over a limited distance. Now you can create transmitters and receivers, eliminating the need for long chains of redstone dust.

Tiny Redstone Support

If Tiny Redstone mod is installed in the game, Ranged Wireless Redstone adds miniature versions of transmitters and receivers. These compact devices can be placed on Tiny Redstone panels, opening new possibilities for creating complex mini-circuits with limited range.

Transmission Range

Standard transmitters can send signals up to 256 blocks, which can be changed in server settings. Miniature transmitters operate within a range of up to 64 blocks. When multiple transmitters are located on the same channel within the receiver's range, it will register the strongest signal.

The operating distance of devices can be configured with virtually no limitations, with the only exception being the inability to transmit signals between dimensions.

Channel Configuration

Each device is assigned to channel zero when installed. Right-clicking opens an interface for switching to any desired channel number. This allows creating complex wireless networks where receiving devices respond only to transmitters with the same channel number within reach.

Network Viewer

The channel configuration interface includes a cloud button that opens a list of all active transmitters. The list is sorted by channels and coordinates, making it easier to find free channels and diagnose unwanted activations.

Server operators and players with administrator rights have access to a "Clean Up" button that removes non-existent transmitters from the list. This feature is useful in rare cases of data save failures or chunk corruption.
