The Random Useless Stuff modification offers a collection of unusual and entertaining features that can diversify your Minecraft gameplay. All constraints of this module collection are customizable via configuration files, giving you full control over enabling and disabling functions.
Key Features
Access to non-standard functions:
- Control over weather conditions with the ability to miserably configure resistance to rain or snow through configuration files.
- Option to make TNT an object of particular danger — triggering when picked up by a player.
- Unique visual effect when breaking any block: launches a festive firework whose color matches the block's standard map color.
Experiments with throws using Ender pearls:
Enabling a specialized function — provoke position swapping between players when tossing an Ender pearl, with regulation of the applicable range for any targetable entity.
Custom equipment and storage in blocks and accessories:
- Enchantment "Egging" — curses mobs to sometimes drop their spawn egg as loot, with a configurable chance rate.
- Single-stack storage block — a small barrel for items functions as a drawer-like container holding a designated spot's inventory pile.
- Block placeholder — acts precisely as a two-block high placeholder, deliberately serving no functional purpose.
- Random Item Generator — consumable object granting any in-game registered item upon use.
Usage and Installation Notes
This modular bundle was developed during Minecraft game mechanics study phases. Please view the mod primarily as having learning potential; though viable for entertainment in build packs, it intentionally excludes crafting recipes so as not to interfere with progression checks.
