Raiders

The Raiders modification represents a unique addition to Minecraft gameplay, introducing new enemies with a class system and progressive difficulty. These raiders visually resemble regular players, creating additional tension during encounters.

Mod Features

Raider Class System

The mod includes six different types of raiders, each with unique abilities and behaviors:

• Normal Raiders - standard enemies
• Archers - attack from distance, similar to skeletons
• Brutes - large and slow, but dealing massive damage
• Tweakers - reckless enemies attacking at full speed with characteristic screams
• Pyromaniacs - armed with flint and steel, setting everything on fire including the player
• Screamers (Witches) - powerful spellcasters creating fog and emitting sound cues
• Droppers - friendly raiders arriving from the sky to help the player
• Child Mobs - equivalents of regular zombies

Shared Abilities

All raiders possess the following skills:

• Steal items from accessible inventories
• Destroy agricultural plantings
• Can open doors

Game Items

• Mercenary Comm - device for summoning friendly raiders (3-7 droppers)
• Serum-B - substance creating brutes, with a certain degree of risk when used

Configuration and Compatibility

The mod offers deep customization through configuration files. You can add your own raider skins using player names. Several standard skins are provided initially.

Raider difficulty gradually increases over set time intervals configured in the settings. The mod supports Twitch integration and is compatible with Epic Siege Mod via ESM API.

Originally created for the Invasion modpack, Raiders easily adapts to any pack and significantly enriches the gaming experience.
