A lightweight server-side mod that allows you to configure formulas for calculating damage reduction from armor and protection enchantment.
Why is this needed?
The protection enchantment is too powerful both in vanilla gameplay and with mods. 88% damage reduction? No thanks.
By default, this mod changes the values to up to 15% for armor (at 60 units) and 10% for protection (with a full protection V set).
It is recommended to adjust the settings, as the mod does not take armor toughness into account (because it doesn't use damage as a reference). If you don't have anything that uses toughness for other purposes, this attribute becomes useless.
